Otakar is a lover of night life. His focus on the free party scene in edge of 1999 brings him quickly behind the deck with turntables and as a promoter of own events. This experience shows him the wider pivotal role of its space time especially for the youth. It means a key part of their initiation to the upcoming adult life. His position on the stage offers him a literally good point of view. There he saw frequently generation by generation being exposed to using legal and illegal drugs with all possible harms and connected risk factors without any support or even professional help. This fact pushed him to do something to change some mechanisms of this phenomenon to a more healthy and rational way. It brings him to do outreach work with users of heroin and meth on the street for more then 6 years. Through that time he also found and developed the program Hard&Smart as safer party improvement directly on the parties and as wider outreach support online. This program works independently from 2016 to present.
