For many people, going out and partying offers an important balance to everyday life and has a positive effect on mental and social satisfaction. On the other hand, it is also known that partying all night, too little and irregular sleep and the consumption of psychoactive substances can put a strain on the psyche. How can the balance be adjusted so that the positive aspects outweigh the negative? What approaches can be used to improve the mental pre- and aftercare of people who enjoy partying?
