Konstantin Krex was born in Berlin in 1989. For more than ten years, he has been shaping the Berlin Holzmarkt 25 project as a spokesperson and developer, transforming it from a temporary club culture space to a long-term urban quarter under a leasehold agreement. He studied art history, ethnology, and interdisciplinary real estate project development. Occasionally, he writes and speaks about club culture, urban development, and how the two are interconnected.
Konstantin Krex wurde 1989 in Berlin geboren. Über mehr als zehn Jahre hat er das Berliner Holzmarkt 25-Projekt als Sprecher und Entwickler von der clubkulturellen Zwischennutzung zum Stadtquartier im Erbbaurecht mitgestaltet. Er hat Kunstgeschichte, Ethnologie und interdisziplinäre Immobilienprojektentwicklung studiert. Gelegentlich schreibt und spricht er über Clubkultur und Stadtentwicklung und wie beides zusammenhängt.
