Karin Silenzi de Stagni, founder of Psycare UK, has been at the forefront of psychedelic care and event curation for over three decades. Recognizing the need for harm reduction and honest drug education at events, she established Kosmicare UK in 2009, the first psychedelic emergency service in the United Kingdom. Since then, she has trained and coordinated hundreds of volunteers, providing compassionate support to individuals in crisis at festivals and events across the UK and internationally.

Karin is a co-author of The Manual of Psychedelic Support and is an active member of Newnet (Nightlife Empowerment & Well-being Network), a European network focused on health promotion in nightlife environments. She has presented her work at conferences, universities, and festivals globally, delivering seminars on psychedelic care, harm reduction, and the transformative power of dance. Currently, she is dedicated to establishing Psycare International Association to continue her mission of supporting safer and more conscious event environments worldwide.
