Awareness Fair
Sat, 16.11.
16:00–19:00
Saturday includes satellite events spread across the city and is aimed not only at conference participants, but also at anyone interested in topics related to nightlife. No ticket or registration is required for this event – just come by.
Join us for an engaging Awareness Fair showcasing Viennese organisations dedicated to promoting awareness in club culture. In the first half of this session, each organisation will have two minutes to present their mission and awareness initiative. Following the pitches, attendees can visit booths set up by the organisations for deeper conversations and further information.
This open exhibition provides a fantastic opportunity for networking, collaboration, and learning about the awareness work being done in our nightlife community.
We are excited to welcome the following collectives at the Awareness Fair:

Workshop: Understanding drug combinations: insights and answers from harm reduction perspective
This one-hour workshop provides an in-depth exploration of substances and the risks associated with polydrug use, grounded in the insights gained from drug checking data. Participants will learn about the most common substances, their interactions, and the potential harms when combined. We will discuss real-world case studies, highlight emerging trends in drug use, and share practical harm reduction strategies to minimize risks. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage in discussions about how drug checking services can empower users to make informed decisions and reduce harm. Whether you're a harm reduction professional, an awareness provider, or simply interested in the topic, this workshop aims to foster a deeper understanding of substance use patterns and the importance of accessible drug checking services.
