Sophie Rendl holds a degree in Law from the University of Vienna and specialized in anti-discrimination, violence prevention, and #MeToo issues. Her expertise includes the development of Codes of Conduct and anti-discrimination strategies as well as awareness work. She is the Co-founder of Frauendomäne - Database for Female Experts (www.frauendomaene.at/) and played a key role in establishing the vera* Confidential Support Center against harassment and violence in the arts and culture sector. Additionally, she serves as the Austrian representative in the European Women's Lobby.
