Naja was one of the representatives of Electronauts, a foundation and online magazine dedicated to electronic music and innovative pop culture. She produced music and film-related TV shows for years. She was a founding member of the White Noise Movement, which fought for equal human rights, and served as a board member of the Equality Movement, the largest and most prominent LGBTQI+ rights organization in Georgia and the region.

Naja co-founded and authored the concept and idea of BASSIANI, which not only provided the underground bases for all new social movements in Georgia but also sparked a cultural revolution, manifested as a globally famous, massive dance protest dubbed the Rave Revolution on the main streets of Tbilisi in 2018. She is the author of the concept for Horoom Nights, the first and most extensive queer party series; and Women’s Solidarity March, a public feminist rally for gender equality; a founding member of the avant-garde bar Klara; act4culture (the Cultural and Creative Industries Union of Georgia); and Creative Collective Spectrum—the Research Network in Queer Studies, Critical Thought, and Socio-Cultural Transformations.

Her works and thoughts were featured in numerous international exhibitions, festivals, and panel discussions.
