Micòl is a Project & Communications Manager for the Vienna Club Commission. Since 2020, they have led and provided awareness and care teams for festivals, events, and parties inside Vienna's club scene, including Hyperreality Festival, Dishes, Purradox, Unsafe+Sounds Festival, and Ärger.
Micòl's practice is deeply rooted in activism, which has seamlessly integrated into their daily life and work.
As a queer and trans person of colour, they prioritize care as a fundamental aspect of ensuring safety. Since September 2024, Micòl has been leading the "Safer Feiern" Workshop Series for club personnel and active members of the Vienna club scene.
