Known for her Armenian music features, her work spans selector shows, club DJing, and listening sessions.
Lucia Kagramanyan, a Yerevan-raised artist now based in Vienna, is reshaping the landscape of Armenian music by blending unusual sounds with unexpected harmonies. With a deep connection to her Armenian roots, Lucia infuses her DJ sets with tunes from her homeland, creating a unique blend of the familiar and the obscure: never backing down to broken the beat, adding percussive bass, beat-driven ambiance, straight-up bouncy steppers and even a pinch of jungle touch.
Her residency on NTS radio, titled Panorama Yerevan, serves as a platform to showcase the diversity of Armenian music to a global audience. Through her innovative approach, Lucia is not only celebrating her cultural heritage but also pushing the boundaries of contemporary music exploration.
She is also a co-founder of the party collective Millenial Puzzled from Vienna.
