Cultural activist, event promoter and project manager at Clubcommission Berlin e.V., Ilja Minaev has gained different perspectives on club and festival culture throughout the years. During his studies he has been researching club culture from historical and sociological perspectives. Later on Ilja has absolved further education on sustainable event production, both in environmental and socials aspects of it, and has been implementing it in interdisciplinary cultural projects he is involved with. Through active participation in the cultural scenes of multiple European cities Ilja has gathered insights into different spaces and modes of cultural production.
