Esther Koshari is sustainability manager and finance controller, so she is involved daily in accounting, reporting and looking for sustainable ecological developments within the framework of the festival. With a background in marketing, communication sciences and cultural management and 3 years of experience in the festival sector, she feels like a rookie in the sustainability world. However, this absolutely does not stop her from taking in all the information and doing something with it.
Paradise Garden’s vision is to create a festival experience that is both festive and sustainable. Through socially responsible entrepreneurship, we strive to achieve our vision by inspiring our stakeholders to take action in their own lives and communities, ultimately leading to a more sustainable future for all.
