Erich Joseph is a Berlin-based cultural manager and musician who has been working with the Clubcommission Berlin for five years. With a background in social pedagogy and mental health prevention, he initiated the "Mental Health in Clubs" project in 2023. This project and platform promote the research-based development of preventive mental health structures for club workers and a resilience program for clubs to improve their organizational structures and culture regarding mental health. It is a collaborative project with Charité, the German Psychological Society, and Fern Universität in Hagen. As a mental health advocator in clubculture he co-founded the radioshow Coping*Club at Refugee Worldwide.
