Christina Riedler

Christina Riedler co-founded the accessibility consulting agency FullAccess Event Services in 2016. Riedler has a background in journalism, online media and PR and has been supporting people with disabilities as an accompanying person since her teenage years. She is a PhD candidate at the Department of Theatre, Film and Media Studies at the University of Vienna. In her dissertation entitled ‘Accessibility All Areas. A project to improve the opportunities of participation for people with disabilities in the context of live music events at the example of Wacken Open Air and Rock in Rio’, she conducted basic and accompanying research with field research stays at ‘Wacken Open Air’, the biggest heavy metal festival in the world, and ‘Rock in Rio’ in Brazil.
She is also a member of the expert committee for the revision of Guideline UZ 62 ‘Green Meetings and Green Events’ and Guideline UZ 72 ‘Travel Offers’ of the Austrian Ecolabel.
