Possibilities of Club Cultural Investments in our Cities – From Public Funding to Private Industry
Fri, 15.11.
10:30–12:00
Explore the value of club culture in different cities and discover how much they invest in their own club scenes. This session will compare music and club culture funding programmes and examine the effects of these investments and grants. Learn about the tangible impacts of cultural funding on local nightlife and club culture, and see how various cities and companies prioritise and support their vibrant cultural landscapes. At the same time, let's evaluate if the investments meet the needs of your local scene, which funding possibilities are missing for your local scene and if the cities invest in groups who need it the most, or if adapting the rules would be an even bigger investment than actual funding.
