Indexing the Social, Cultural and Economic Value of Nightlife in Our Cities
Fri, 15.11.
12:45–14:15
Since its founding in 2017, Creative Footprint (CFP) is a data-driven research project that studies creative spaces and communities to examine the social, cultural and economic value and impact of music and nightlife in a city. In this session we will explore data-driven insights that highlight nightlife's value in cities like Berlin, New York, Tokyo, Stockholm, Montreal and Sydney. The goal of Creative Footprint is to show the value of spaces that foster talent, strengthen communities, and make our cities unique. Additionally, we will explore why tourists are coming to Vienna and how important a vibrant nightlife is to them.
