#Wrapped season is here, and with it comes the usual flood of posts reminding us that Spotify is problematic. This repetitive conversation wastes energy that could be better spent elsewhere. It also shows how the major streaming platforms not only dominate the market but also control our collective imagination—proving that even the indie music scene relies on companies that don't care about them.
